The menu features a wide selection of noodles including Chinese Ramen, Japanese Ramen and Japanese Udon noodles. The chef also offer a few secret noodle recipes exclusive to Shang Noodle House.

The interior is cool and contemporary and highlighted by a customized conveyor belt that delivers sumptuous creations directly from the kitchen to the dining room.
